Operation Executive
- To involve in Logistics operation like first mile, Middle mile, Last mile
Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods
Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule
Responsible for harmonizing and monitoring supply chain operations
To book the material & warehouse operation activities.
Cashier/ Accountant
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
Maintain record of all expense & gains on ERP.
Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit

Eligibility Criteria
This programme is designed specifically for commerce graduates and postgraduates who are ready to launch a professional career in logistics and supply chain management. Only candidates from the below categories are considered for the Job Assured Programme, subject to clearing the selection process conducted by Om Logistics.

Selection & Admission Process
1. Mobilisation & Counselling
MGrow mobilises candidates, conducts counselling, and aligns eligible students for interviews.
2. Interview by Om Logistics
Om Logistics conducts candidate interviews to assess suitability for the programme and potential roles.
3. Letter of Intent (LOI)
Shortlisted candidates receive an LOI (Letter of Intent) from Om Logistics confirming their selection for the training track.
4. Fee Payment
Candidates submit ₹20,000 + GST to confirm their seat in the programme.
5. Batch Formation & Online Training
MGrow shares batch details; Om Logistics delivers 7 days of online training per the certification curriculum.
6. 15 Days OJT
Candidates undergo branch-level On-the-Job Training to apply learning in real operations.
7. Deployment & Offer Letter
Based on performance and vacancies, Om Logistics decides deployment, posting, CTC, and issues offer letters.
Training Structure & Programme Modules
The programme is delivered over 30 hours of structured theory (mapped across 7 intensive days) plus 15 days of branch-based OJT. Classes run 2 hours per day, Monday to Saturday during the online phase.
Module I – Introduction to Supply Chain & Logistics
- Meaning, types, and functions of logistics; SCM fundamentals and flow
- Inventory management, methods, and control (incl. JIT)
- Transportation modes, green logistics, and e-commerce supply chains
- Route planning, India's logistics geography, RTO norms, and transit time
Module II – Modes of Transportation & Business Activities
- Road, Rail, and Air Operations – concepts, documents, and rules
- E-waybill, statutory documents, IATA regulations, and dangerous goods rules
- First mile, middle mile, and last mile operations
- Key concepts: COF, FOV, CFT, ISO, 5S, SOP
Module III – Oracle ERP & Warehouse Systems
- Oracle ERP-based Warehouse Management System fundamentals
- Preparation, printout, and query handling for GR and Challan documents
- Inventory management system and dashboard overview
